Hotel Kämp’s concierge services are available 24 hours a day. The concierge staff assist with any personal requests during your stay, from making travel arrangements and restaurant bookings to suggesting sightseeing tours, shopping areas, theaters, and museums.

The refurbishment project at Hotel Kämp will extend to the Hotel parking , making it unavailable from March 2025 until the end of the year. We recommend using Europark Kluuvi, with entrances at Fabianinkatu 27 and Puutarhakatu 1. Daily parking can be added to your room bill – please provide your license plate number upon check-in.

Hotel Kämp offers laundry services for in house guests including laundry, dry cleaning and pressing. When the pick up has been arranged before 8:30 am, you will receive your clothes same day by 6 pm.
You can upgrade you Kämp Experience with some pre-ordered items to the room, please see the pre-order menu.
Turndown service is performed every evening in all hotel rooms by our Housekeeping. Turndown service prepares your room for the night: curtains are closed, the bed is opened up, trash cans are emptied, and fresh towels are brought to your room.

Hotel Kämp is committed to providing its guests and associates with a smoke-free environment. Although smoking is not permitted within hotel building itself, guests who smoke are permitted to do so outside in designated areas.
