Our private salons, event spaces, and famed Mirror Room have set the stage for countless weddings, celebrations, diplomatic meetings, and business deals. Varying from the intimate Library to our entire festive floor that can host up to 500 cocktail party guests, we have a room for every occasion — and the kitchen and staff to handle your event with care.

Availability During Refurbishment

During the refurbishment of Hotel Kämp, our event spaces can be booked as follows:

Until October 20, 2026
All meeting, event, and banquet spaces are available for evening and weekend use. The Mirror Room, Robert, Oskar, and the Upper Lounge are also available for weekday bookings.
From October 21, 2026
All Hotel Kämp meeting, event, and banquet spaces will be available as normal, 24/7.

From an intimate gathering to a conference, our event spaces are built for the occasion at hand. Our largest hall takes its name from the Symposion circle — Sibelius, Gallén-Kallela, and the artists who gathered here to talk long into the night — and today, eleven rooms carry that same spirit of gathering.

You can also book the entire festive floor for your event, or reserve one of our unique suites for private gatherings.

Suites for Gatherings & Celebrations

Several of Hotel Kämp's suites double as event spaces, suited to private parties and dinners, cocktail receptions or brand events. Each suite brings its own character, from period detailing to views over Esplanadi Park, making the room itself part of the event. Catering and music by the Kämp House Band are also available.
