With eleven purpose-built meeting rooms, Hotel Kämp is an ideal venue for conferences and meetings in the heart of Helsinki. Our rooms range from intimate spaces for small discussions to larger rooms for seminars and training sessions, with boardroom-style, theater-style or standing reception setups available. Following the refurbishment of Hotel Kämp, our event spaces can be booked as follows:

Until October 20, 2026
All meeting, event, and banquet spaces are available for evening and weekend use. The Mirror Room, Robert, Oskar, and the Upper Lounge are also available for weekday bookings.
From October 21, 2026
All Hotel Kämp meeting, event, and banquet spaces will be available as normal, 24/7.
