A Package for Every Agenda

Packages include use of the meeting room and refreshments, with equipment available on request. Refreshments range from coffee breaks to a three-course lunch, with cava and canapés available to close the day.

Served to Suit Your Meeting

Breakfast and coffee are served according to your group's size and table layout — at your table, from a buffet in the meeting room, or in a separate serving area. Lunch is a daily menu chosen by our chef and built around the season's ingredients. Special dietary requirements are accommodated with advance notice.

Availability During Refurbishment

During the refurbishment of Hotel Kämp, our event spaces can be booked as follows:
Until October 20, 2026
All meeting, event, and banquet spaces are available for evening and weekend use. The Mirror Room, Robert, Oskar, and the Upper Lounge are also available for weekday bookings.
From October 21, 2026
All Hotel Kämp meeting, event, and banquet spaces will be available as normal, 24/7.
