Hotel Services

Hotel Kämp is located in central Helsinki, directly across from Esplanadi Park and in the middle of the city's shopping district. Whether you're arriving by car, public transportation or would like a transfer arranged for you, just let us know.

Hotel Kämp's concierge services are available 24 hours a day. The concierge staff can help with personal requests, such as travel arrangements, restaurant bookings, sightseeing tours, shopping recommendations, theaters, and museums.

Room service is available 24/7, with menus that shift through the day — breakfast, lunch, dinner and a night menu. Alcoholic beverages can be ordered from 7 AM to 4 AM. 

Our Housekeeping team performs turndown service every evening in all hotel rooms, preparing your room for the night: curtains are closed, the bed is opened up, trash cans are emptied, and fresh towels are brought to your room.

Valet parking is available and daily parking can be added to your room bill – please provide your license plate number upon check-in. 
Prices: €70 for overnight parking, €30 for up to 4 hours.

Our buffet breakfast is a selection of classic warm and cold breakfast dishes, Finnish specialities and Kämp signatures. Breakfast is available also to non-hotel guests for €45 per person, walk-ins only. 

Room service breakfast is also available for hotel guests (in-suite breakfast is included in all suite categories). 

Moreover, our restaurant À La Kämp serves à la carte breakfast which is also available every morning.

Hotel Kämp offers laundry services for hotel guests, including dry cleaning and pressing. When pickup is arranged before 8:30 am, you will receive your clothes the same day by 6 pm. Laundry service is available Monday to Saturday. To arrange laundry service, contact our front desk.

You can upgrade your experience with pre-ordered items. From a bottle of Champagne to a cheese platter or a bouquet of roses, choose from a range of amenities for any occasion. Place your order in advance, and it will be ready for you on arrival.

Kämp Spa brings together hot and cold therapies, spa treatments, and Finnish sauna traditions. Functional food, drink, and quiet relaxation areas throughout the spa are designed to support your visit.

Hotel Kämp welcomes up to two pets per room, with a welcome gift waiting on arrival. Well-behaved dogs are also welcome at À La Kämp, Kämp Bar and Kämp Delicatessen. Esplanadi Park is right outside, and the city's dog parks aren't far beyond it.

For us, accessibility is a top priority. Public areas — the lobby, restaurant, corridors, and toilets — are designed with wheelchair access in mind. Rooms include features for guests with mobility or hearing impairments, and allergy-friendly rooms are also available.

Hotel Kämp is a smoke-free environment for guests and associates. Smoking is not permitted inside the hotel building; designated smoking areas are available outside.
