Conferences & Meetings
Hotel Kämp offers twelve meeting rooms, suited to anything from a small executive meeting to a full-scale seminar. Each room can be adjusted to fit the event, with complimentary WiFi throughout the hotel and technical equipment available on request. Kämp's Meetings & Events Team handles the details, from room setup to catering.
Galas & Private Dining
Our private salons and the Mirror Room set the stage for galas, award ceremonies and private dinners, with menus designed by Kämp's kitchen to match the occasion. Spaces range from an intimate private dining room to a setting suited to a larger gala. Our suites can also be booked for private events.
Venues & Spaces
From the intimate Library to the high-tech Symposion hall and elegant Mirror Room, our event spaces offer a room for every occasion. Whether you need boardroom-style seating, a theater-style setup or a standing reception, there's a space to match.
Our Event Spaces
From an intimate gathering to a conference, our event spaces are built for the occasion at hand. Our largest hall takes its name from the Symposion circle — Sibelius, Gallén-Kallela, and the artists who gathered here to talk long into the night — and today, eleven rooms carry that same history.
Our suites can also be booked for private events.
Event Menus
Our event menus cover everything from coffee breaks to multi-course dinners, canapés, cocktails, and a dedicated wine list. Whether you're planning a small meeting or a large celebration, our team can help you put together the right combination.
Group Events at Kämp Spa
Whether it's a team offsite, a corporate wellness day, or an event for a brand partner, group experiences at Kämp Spa are built around connection and time well spent.
Kämp House Band
The Kämp House Band brings live music to your event — from a solo pianist to the full salon quintet. The repertoire ranges from traditional salon pieces to jazz, film scores and contemporary arrangements. The music works equally well as background ambiance for a reception or a showpiece for a product launch or gala. The musicians are Sibelius Academy alumni, continuing a tradition at Hotel Kämp that dates back to Jean Sibelius himself, once a regular guest.
